You may download the HTML source of any work (and/or a zipped version of the HTML source), and any graphics that accompany it. You may copy and distribute these files in any medium. (You may omit the accompanying graphics if the file format you are converting to cannot support them, or if the destination does not have enough space for them, or the necessary space would cost more than you are willing to pay.) Arguably, you cannot be bound by this licence agreement, because you have not signed it. However, it grants you rights that you would not normally have, and you cannot receive those rights unless you accept the agreement. That is, if I find that you are selling copies of my work, which this agreement forbids, you might claim that you had never accepted the agreement, or that you had not seen it, or that it was unenforceable. But even if you are not bound by the agreement, copyright law still applies, and under that, you cannot distribute my works at all without my permission.
